1. Accepting these terms

By using Estanza, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you use the platform on behalf of a centre or business, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into an agreement.

2. Scope of service

Estanza provides customised software for handling enquiries, preparing WhatsApp booking requests and organising appointments for automotive centres. The platform does not set the centre's service prices or carry out vehicle inspections.

3. Acceptable use and security

Customers and participating centres must not use the platform to send spam, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service.

4. Hosting, support and updates

Hosting, support, updates and changes are defined in the setup agreement. The centre checks availability before confirming an appointment unless another scheduling integration is included in that agreement.

5. Changes and termination

Estanza may update these terms to improve service security or accommodate changes to its technical systems. Customers will be notified of material changes.
