1. Overview

At Estanza, we respect the privacy of your customers and their vehicle information. We use booking details to prepare requests and send them to the centre through the agreed integrations.

2. Information we process

We process only the information needed to prepare and confirm a booking:

• Customer name and phone number for booking communication on WhatsApp.
• Vehicle make and model, and selected services such as PPF, ceramic coating or window tinting.
• Requested appointment and technical activity records.

3. Data ownership and confidentiality

Customer data remains the property of the participating operator or centre. We do not sell, rent or share contact numbers or records with third parties for advertising.

4. Protection and storage

Requests open in WhatsApp with the information entered by the customer. Where a system includes spreadsheet or calendar storage, the centre's agreement specifies where data is stored and who can access it. This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and engagement. External services are governed by their own policies.
